Neon Mosaic-Style Nails

I don't know if you've already guessed but I love bright colours! I did a similar design a few years ago which is on my background because it's my favourite style. I didn't really have much of an idea for this I just sat down and played around until I got this, but no plan sometimes creates the best designs! I hope you like it!

Back to School Nails

So this is my design! I'm back at school now (my last year of high school!) so this will be my last school design. I went for more neutral colours so they're a little less distracting since you're 'supposed to' concentrate at school. Nail art is something that is good to help relax when you are doing your studying though. I hope you like this and I hope you enjoy going back if you're going back to school otherwise lucky you!

Back to School Nails

I go back to school this Thursday so I am thinking of a 'Back to School' design but since I haven't posted in a while I thought I'd upload last year's. I know the photo isn't as clear as usual but I chose each of my subjects(English, chemistry, French and maths) and put something for each of them(pen and paper, flask, flag, sums).  I hope you like it and I'll put up a new design for 'Back to School' in a few days!

Olympic Nails

Yay Olympics! I'm really enjoying watching the olympics considering I've never really thought much of them before. I am loving the all athletes nails that I have seen, so this is my way of supporting Team GB. And it is Team GB (not just England!). I have used Union Jack colours but if you are try this out feel free to use your own country's colours. I hope you all enjoy watching the olympics and GO TEAM GB!!!

Cheetah Print Nails

I am in love with animal print, especially cheetah print but sometimes I find it can be a bit plain so I decided to spice it up a bit and do lots of colours! This might not be for everyone, so you might prefer to just choose one colour which would be just as effective or if you're like me and love colour you can use them all! I hope you like this idea and it gives you a few ideas for your own nails, but let me know what you think! Thank you!

Criss-Cross Tips

Just playing around with different polishes, I didn't really have a plan in mind but I really like how this 'criss-cross' tips design has turned out. Sometimes less is more and this simple design is good even if you aren't all about ridiculously crazy nail ideas. I hope you like it!

Hunger Games Nails

I did this design a while ago when the film came out but I thought I should probably post it as well since it is such a HUGE obsession people have. I have started reading the books and that's my plan for this summer. I hope you like this design and read the books and I hope you try it out!

Watermelon Nails

I love watermelon! This was one of the first designs I ever did (and to be honest it was awful :P) so I thought since it was one of my favourite ideas I would try it out again and see how much I've improved since the beginning. It is quite a simple design so if you haven't had a lot of practice it is a good one to try. I hope you like it and if you don't like watermelons (really?!) then it is still a fun design all the same! Thank you!!

Under The Sea Nails

I have always loved the sea and 'The Little Mermaid' disney movie, so I decided to do a design named after my favourite disney song :D I hope you enjoy this design!

Internet Design

I have been getting asked to do this by my friends for a while now and now all my exams are over I have the time to do it! I know I would probably struggle to survive without my different internet sites but I would not know what to do with myself without my nails either, so why not combine the two? I hope you enjoy this design and try it out!

Eurovision 2012

I am absolutely in love with Eurovision and I can't wait until it comes around each year! I couldn't decide which country was my favourite so I thought lets do all the ones that made it to the grand final. Of course, I'm supposed to be cheering on the UK :P Let's hope Humperdinck can bring Eurovision back to Britain this year! I hope you enjoy this design! Ok, so this is my first blog post so I don't really know if I'm doing this right, but my name is Emma Louise, I'm from Scotland and I love nail art. I hope people (if anyone reads this) will enjoy my designs and it will maybe provide them with some ideas and inspiration to create their own nail designs. I am not a professional in any way and do not claim to be. For some of my designs I do take ideas from various sources but I also do many of my own original looks. I love getting requests so I can try out different looks (even if they don't always go to plan :P) and especially like bright eye-catching nails that attract a lot of attention. Well, I don't know what else to say so I hope you like what I'll post and I can give you some ideas of your own!
